The new plant-based “menu within a menu” at Endémica Restaurant offers vegetarian dinners like pumpkin risotto, bean stew served with handmade chickpeas gnocchi and chard , cauliflower tempura with grilled pineapple, pine nuts and yellow curry sauce or a delicious eggplant with miso glaze, quinoa salad with olives & cranberries, chickpeas humus sauce.
