As the sun sets over Monteverde, the nocturnal creatures of the forest begin to stir, and a whole new chorus of chirps and calls begins. Tour participants will walk the trails of Cloud Forest Nature Reserve in search of its nighttime residents led by an experienced naturalist guide. Frogs, snakes, armadillos, bats, two-toed sloths, insects, and sleeping birds are just of few of the creatures you might encounter. Your guide is adept and spotting wildlife and will share fascinating facts about the area’s natural history as you explore.
